There’s something fishy going on at the Brickyard. I first heard rumors of the stench yesterday via @bkerr on Twitter. @billmerrill and @mehraban confirmed it. I was working from home yesterday but decided to venture in today thinking the smell would be contained, or at least the source identified.
No such luck. The stench persists but has been masked by a flavorful bouquet of air fresheners and odor neutralizers. The working assumption is a fish-filled dumpster from our new neighbors The Black Pearl that is strategically positioned next to our A/C unit and air intake.
The Brickyard is inhabitable and work continues, although visitors should be aware of the offensive aroma. Stay tuned for updates. News at 11.
