After graduating from the University of Richmond with dual degrees in Computer Science and Spanish, Andrew worked as a Media Planner at The Martin Agency on the UPS “What Can Brown Do For You” campaign and several new business pitches. Increasing exposure to the interactive advertising community led him to seek a Web Marketing Manager position at CarMax, a Fortune 500 automotive retailer. Andrew initiated and managed the SEO campaigns for CarMax while also contributing to the Pay Per Click and online PR teams’ strategic efforts.
Andrew’s life outside of work revolves around outdoor activities and recreational sports. On any given day you’re likely to see Andrew hiking, running, biking, swimming, cooking, playing soccer, at the gym, reading, golfing, fishing or geocaching. He also created and administers RichmondWiki.org, a civic wiki for the Richmond, Virginia community.
